With extensive experience supporting individuals, leaders, and organizations, he has dedicated much of his career to helping workplaces navigate difference with respect, strengthen inclusion, and build psychologically safer environments where people feel valued and able to thrive. His work has focused on guiding organizations through complex workplace challenges, crisis situations, and periods of significant change, with particular attention to helping people remain grounded, connected, and resilient.
Fully bilingual in English and French, he has worked across diverse workplaces in Canada and internationally, providing trauma-informed support for workplace stress, conflict, critical incidents, organizational disruption, and the emotional impact of change. He also brings a special focus to supporting the 2SLGBTQAI+ community, helping individuals, leaders, and teams foster understanding, inclusion, belonging, and respectful dialogue in both personal and professional settings.
His expertise includes workplace mental health, psychological safety, trauma response, resilience-building, and helping individuals and teams regain confidence, stability, and effectiveness during difficult periods. Known for a calm, strategic, and compassionate approach, he helps people and organizations move forward with greater clarity, inclusion, and sustainable wellbeing.
